After experiencing periods of professional burnout, we decided to focus on a healthier and more peaceful lifestyle, prioritizing our mental well-being and family. We envision a life where we can apply our skills and experiences while being active and valuable members of the community. We aim to balance meaningful content creation with practical, marketable activities that enhance people’s quality of life.
We are open to various activities, including:
- Guided tours, such as simple nature walks, nature education, bird identification, human-nature connections, self-awareness in nature, well-being, mindfulness, and advanced bird-watching (species hunting/specific bird searches)
- Retreats, expeditions, yoga instruction (though new to teaching yoga, we are eager to develop this skill with practice and guidance): breathing exercises, poses, sound baths with singing bowls and tingsha, guided relaxation/meditation
- Nature conservation: planning and implementing direct conservation measures, surveying, mapping, and monitoring bird populations, developing methods for these tasks (e.g., feeders, nest boxes, panels), organizing and conducting educational activities
- Collaboration in organizing cultural events
- Corporate or group team-building facilitation, etc.

FAQs
What is yoga?
The practice of yoga (in our understanding) neither polarizes nor persuades. It is entirely compatible with any religious or belief system, as it conveys the following messages: love yourself (and do not harm), love your neighbor (and do not harm), love your body, be aware of and learn to guide your thoughts and emotions, and grant yourself “me-time,” rest, and indulgence.
What is sound bath?
Sound bath is a relaxation practice aimed at improving concentration, promoting relaxation, fostering inner peace, and encouraging unwinding. A sound bath is a meditative and relaxation practice that uses various sounds and vibrations to achieve a deep state of mindfulness, which helps improve the body’s energetic balance.
What happens at your kundalini yoga classes?
We start the session with a short introductions and conversation, as we believe it is important to establish mutual trust and arrive together in the practice space, leaving all other thoughts behind. The session continues with movement to warm up the body, activate and stretch the muscles, followed by breathing exercises to help balance the nervous system. We conclude the session with a sound bowl meditation, offering ourselves the opportunity to rest and relax.
What is Yoga Nidra?
Yoga Nidra, often referred to as “yogic sleep,” is a deeply relaxing practice that guides practitioners into a state of conscious awareness between waking and sleeping. It is a form of guided meditation that helps the body and mind rest, rejuvenate, and achieve profound relaxation.
